Organizational Analysis:
Non-Profit Rescue, Inc.
provides Organizational Analysis services in partnership
with Non-Profit organizations, and also on behalf of
governmental, institutional or private funding sources who
may ask us to provide these services for their grantees.
For example, a
Non-Profit organization or funding source may perceive a
need for improved effectiveness, but require an independent
analysis in order to identify specific issues and solutions.
Or, as is increasingly the case, Non-Profits may seek
objective analysis of their organizational and programmatic
effectiveness so that they might better and more effectively
market themselves to their constituencies and outside
funding sources.
In either case, our
goal is to assist Non-Profits improve their effectiveness by
acquiring and/or increasing the management skill sets
necessary, as well as providing a thorough analysis of the
effectiveness and the impact of their programs. We work with
clients to build their capacity to perform objective
self-assessment, and ultimately, to advance their missions.
Our approach is grounded and participatory and is tailored
to the individual client's needs. It is specifically
designed to expedite the identification and implementation
of needed improvements.
